For every dog searching trash cans for breakfast,
a filled bowl with his name printed in bright letters.
For every dog who slept fitfully last night, chained in a frozen yard,
a soft, warm bed with a person snoring gently nearby.
For every shelter dog, spending Christmas morning in a soiled run,
a forever home, filled with sounds and smells of family.
For every "Christmas" puppy given today,
a tolerant, caring owner who won't abandon you as…

How To Find A Lost Dog

Look behind, under, and inside washing machines, clothes dryers, stoves, refrigerators, and dish washers. Look behind water heaters, in boxes, under furniture, under beds, in closets, in cabinets, in shelves and bookcases, in drain pipes, in sewer drains, in culvert pipes, under vehicles, in crawl spaces…

Curiosity was getting to me soooo...... I ordered a DNA kit and we tested Ginger. We knew her parents were a Chocolate Lab and a yellow lab. The results showed 75% or more lab DNA and 10-19% Austrailian Shepherd DNA! Now that we know her looks seem obvious but before we thought maybe this, maybe that, everyone had an idea. To us she is still a Chocolate Retriever!

in memory and in love with my baby raven, she passed 12-18-08 and I miss her dearly, I had to put her to sleep because of a narrow wind pipe in her neck that was starting to give trouble. I was very afraid that I might come home and find her passed on with out anyone home with her, that would have just killed me to see this.
So, when the doctor told me that I would have a problem and that it would come one day, that I would have to decide. I cried thinking of everyone in my family…

According to our experts, the danger of stray voltage on city streets can turn a simple stroll into a devastating event for our furry friends.
