The cutest flower in the world--BLOSSOM!

This was my third cat introducted to our Pride. My dad's side of the family planned on a 2 week vacation to Texas, which is where my Aunt lived. My Aunt Cindy is an animal lover too! She has cats and dogs! And she lives at a huge house! She had a few kittens she needed to rehome, and I was allowed to take one.

 

The trip it-self was was hectic. An hour and a half flying on a plane, and a long car drive home (with the new kitten). I just might be the only teen to love long drives and flys, (cause I can read books and write in peace).  :)

 

After a day or two of traveling, we meet My Aunt. The moment I walked into the house, I lost my cool. I ran around the house. Petting, snuggling, and cuddling every cat I found.

 

As the days past and I got to know the kittens personaly, I had it narrowed down to 2 kittens. Both were white- one had gray ears, a gray tail, and gray head markings. The other had light orange ears, tail, and head markings. I Did chose this little kitty.

 

Now the name game. Bella? Snowflake? Flower? Blossom!! Thats it. Another name I got after the "Meerkat Manor" T.V show. Blossom was named after a baby meerkat pup.

 

Blossom was probaly 2 months at the time. She lived around dogs at the time, so I understand her tollerance of Steel. :)

 

I'll never forget the day we brought Blossom home. Shakespear walked right up to her, sniffed her, then let out a loud hiss. Tiger simply ignored Blossom, just another mouth to feed.

 

Today you ask? Blossom has grown up as a puffy, fluffy demanding snuggle bug. "Cheese puff" is what I call her when she wants chicken and she's begging for it. Her orange markings aren't too visable, but their there.

 

Blossom often challenges Tiger for the "Top Spot". As far as I know, Tiger is still Queen. Shakespear and Blossom are buddies. And Blossom allows Steel to sniff her, but nothing further.

 

Whenever I let the cats outside, Blossom darts out. Then start rolling over on the dirty cement. She's asking for brushings or rubs. Which all cats do.

 

Blossom's downfalls? She hates those Dumpster Drivers. The loud noises those trucks make freaks here out! And the mailman too.

 

Blossom's a great bed warmer, until she's done napping! Then she'll do anything and everything to wake you up! Same as Shakespear, except this Kitty's got tricks. A simply jump around the bed, or meow will do. But she prefers scratching at the door, drinking out of cups, and climbing on furniture like cabnets and tables.....Its best to leave the door open.

 

Blossom is still the best fluffy kitty I have. That adorable meow, and cute little ears! Just says "Cuddle me". Blossom is now 4 years old. but still acts like she's 1 year.
