Hematoma
Do any of you know about a dog having a hematoma because the have shaked their head so much that this occurs? My Mickie has been treated for this and been on prednisone, and ointment for this condition. Now a few weeks later her ears are really swollen and the vet says she needs to have surgery. Well that surgery will cost over 3000.00 dollars and I truly can't afford that. If anyone has a suggestion or knows where I can get more information I would appreciate any help you can give me.See More

Hematoma

Do any of you know about a dog having a hematoma because the have shaked their head so much that this occurs? Pain relief for dogs

About a year ago my Sassie tore a cruciate ligament in her hind leg, the vet wanted to do surgery but the cost would have been $3,000.00, I opted for keeping her still and not allowing her to run around. Sassie recovered from this and then tore the cruciate in her other leg, more quiet time and pain meds, I thought it would end up that she would have surgery on both legs.
