Dylan's Tale Now Also Available in UK

I'm pleased to announce that my latest release from my Harry Porter's Dog Tales series, Dylan's Tale is now also available in the UK from Amazon.co.uk and is currently being offered with an introductory 10% discount. It is also available from Amazon.com and direct from the publisher at 4RV Publishing

Dylan's Tale

Dylan's Tale is the second in the series Harry Porter's Dog Tales, which tell the stories of seven dogs rescued from lives of abuse or neglect. The series began with Tilly's Tale, and the beautiful Bedlington Terrier, Dylan, soon joined Tilly. Dylan is a "posh" dog, meaning a pure breed with pedigree and proud heritage. He is the "aristocrat" of Porter's pack of rescue dogs.
Beaten, battered and abused for the first eleven months of his life, Dylan found a new lease of life after being rescued and placed in the loving warmth of Harry Porter's family of rescue dogs. With many hurdles to overcome, including fear of humans and with the threat of being beaten always in his mind, Dylan found love when he least expected it. Read his uplifting story in this enchanting book from the pen of dog lover and rescuer, Harry Porter

From the Author
Dylan's Tale is the second in my series, Harry Porter's Dog Tales, which relate the true life stories of the rescued dogs who share the home of me and my family. The aim of the books is to raise awareness of the plight of abused and neglected dogs, worldwide, and to highlight the wonderful work undertaken by sanctuaries, rescue organizations and the wonderful people who volunteer or work tirelessly for such organizations in an effort to relieve the suffering and neglect of such wonderful dogs, and who work so hard to help find them new and loving homes. The first book in the series, Tilly's Tale, was a double award winner in The Preditors and Editors Readers Polls, 2009, in the USA. Dylan is a Bedlington Terrier, and Tilly a Bedlington/Glen of Imaal Cross, and both dogs, like the others in 'Harry's pack' have harrowing though also uplifting tales to tell and each book is told as though written in each dog's own words. Please, enjoy Dylan's Tale. Harry

I'm lost with kilograms too, Kathi, but it's what the vets use nowadays as we're supposed to be all metric over here now, but I haven't a clue. I think she's about 14 lbs, something like that? Thanks for your lovely kind words too. My publisher loved your review by the way, so thanks again for that. Just going to collect our new rescue, Misty, so will be in touch later, when we have our new baby at home with us.

Best regards

Brian

I hope so, but you will have to give me her weight in lbs!!!  Sounds like she is doing great though, thanks to you and your wife for all the love you have given her.  You truly are the best!!  Please give all the pups big hugs and kisses for me.  I love terriers, all of them they are some of the best dogs in the world.

Gosh, yes, she's doubled her weight from when we first got her, little lump...hehe She's gone from 3.3kgs to 7.5 kgs in three weeks. I have lots of pics of her on my camera that I've taken while she's been so poorly but haven' had time to upload them to my computer yet, but as soon as I do, I'll post some on here.

Fingers are crossed.  I sure hope she can play and run like any other puppy.  Would love to see some pictures if you get a chance, I bet she has grown quite a bit by now.

Will do Kathi. Sasha is doing okay, thank you. She saw the vet again yesterday and they are pleased with her progress. The swelling around the reconstructed joint is slowly going down and in 2 weeks they will xray it to see if it has all healed internally. Fingers crossed, after that she may be able to begin life as a normal puppy all over again.

Thanks again Kathi.I hope it won't be too long before the next in the series, Charlie's Tale, appears. It's currently being edited. I think you'll adore cheeky Charlie, he's like a little cuddly teddy bear.
