Our dear friend Crystal needs all of our support and love now. Her beautiful pup Fred is gone, please everyone show your support to her. We all know what it is like to loose one of our beloved pets.

Had you thought about going to the SPCA or a rescue to find another Beagle? There are so many out there that need a good home. I hope you have a wonderful day and things will get easier for you.

Comment by Crystal Landreth on July 14, 2011 at 9:55am: UPDATE: my heart still aches for my little Fred but i can look at a few pics and not completely lose my composure. i do still get a lit teary talking about him but i have been a lit better. i am so tired of crying... so i made this profile pic my desk top at work and that made it really hard at first bc it really shows his personality as i knew him but it has been making me face it and slowly "get over it". even though i will never be over it. Keep all your babies cool, watered and in shade even if just going potty. i do want to get another beagle in the future but not anytime soon, way too much going on in our house and i wanna give him/her all the attention they deserve! let me know if any one knows a great breeder or recomends anyone in particular. :)

I always pick a dog up if it running loose, we never let them run stray. trap them in your yard and then wait, the owner comes frantically looking for there puppy, its the greatest feeling to give a person back their dog..Fred life was wonderful full of love. honey and each of us on the this blog have learned from this terrible experience, we all will hug our furr kids a little closer and longer.. big kiss ww

Comment by Crystal Landreth on July 11, 2011 at 8:30pm: awww thanks guys those stories really do make me feel better! i kno i cant continue to dwell on this and to be honest i was doin pretty good this week until i got on here and got an eye full of all his pictures and my heart broke all over again but all of ya'lls support has been nice. my husband has been my rock. he says lesson learned, too bad we had to lose a good dog but lesson learned. ive never been so attached or so heart broken over a pet.
