Maybe my legs are crooked!

 Maybe my legs are crooked maybe my nose is flat maybe my entire being is something only a mother could love. Have you seen my eyes big brown and abel to melt a heart of stone.Could you walk by like all the others have first as I sat by the road alone in the rain that drenched my coat and made me shiver from the cold where did you go? why did you leave me? What have I done? I miss you. You were my owner the one I knew and loved now you left me will you ever come back? I keep hopeing as I lay beside the road not wanting to leave in case you come back as the hours of that day turn into cold and darkend night I keep hopeing it was all a bad dream and that I will wake up at home. whimpering as this nightmare proves to be just that. I wake up it is a rude awakening I am still by the road waiting for you my stomach growls with hunger my tounge sticks to my palate thirst makes me weak and the loss of you makes me sad why oh why did you leave me? I forgive you because I love you. I am loyal because it is the creed of my kind. My kind and kin go through so much I thought it was just a rumour now I know the truth as I too was left on the side of the road. another truck come slowly by it has been days since you left me here I have not dared to move in case you come back. Now I know you never will. I am picked up and gently put in a cage in the back of the truck the driver shakes his head there is a sad look in his eyes it is as if he knows I am not long for this world but maybe just maybe he is taking me home to you oh I hope so because I love you. I just wish I understood why you left me. I am taken to a big place so many dogs are here. I see them as we enter this place is soo big dogs everywhere in cages and in crates there is a strange sensation here there is hope sadness joy and dispair. I can´t figure it out all these dogs are here were they all left by the side of the road like me left unwanted or what happend to them there are all kinds here from fancy purebreds to ugly mutts both sweet young and old alike those in between all of them here left by someone or born at the side of the road I am taken to the vet I am scared and I whimper.The words are clear "this is a seven dayer!" What does this mean? There are rumours all over the place hope of finding a home. I join this hope it is all I have people are kind but have no time the wards are quiete. Morning comes others begin the new day around ten strangers walk through the door they peer at us all in our cages some smile and shake their heads and walk down the long ails looking at other dogs my hope fades i have such loss and sadness my heart is almost broken dare I hope again? Then I hear footsteps and this time they stop by my cage the sign above my head is read two kind pair of eyes meet mine a sweet smile in a youngish face words are spoken I am taken out dare I hope one more time just one more time to be loved and be allowed to love it seems that my prayers are heard. It has been a while my hope was fulfilled my wish was granted I know others who hope against hope that their day will come. Now I hope for those I have met soo many of them needing a kind pair of eyes and a loving home please someone fullfill one more wish before the day is done let one more dog walk into your life love and loyalty will be yours and ours to share I promise never to leave you like I was left at the side of the road so long ago that it is now but a faint nightmare. I am comforted by kind hands and a loving voice when i remember that I was once left by the side of the road unwanted and loosing all hope. Love comes in all shapes and sizes every dog has his her day.So please let just another dog into your heart and home there will be only love and loyalty and a lot of happiness shared with your new dog the one rejected by others the one that is ment for you.

The lads are doing very well. Collin is settling in well there is no disputes among the lads and he is a very quiete and obidient lad who responds well when I lay down the law like no weeing on the carpet. he understands when he has done something wrong.He is very easy going and very sensetive. He is very inteligent. I won´t have any problems with him at all. I am taking the lads out for their morning run soon. Hope all is well at your end.
