Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?

All the critters we have have been rescued one way or another whether from a highway , back road or brought to us injured.
We often shelter some but they always seem to end up staying, guess we don't try hard enough to adopt them out but have found that most adopters don't want furbabies that have to have special care or have had traumatic things happen to them..We don't mind if they stay.
