Choosing Your First Pet

Back in my younger days I can always remember annoying the life out of my parents for a pet, and I’m sure most of us were the same. I never got the dog I wanted and when I look back now its obvious why but what
pets out there did you get started with or what would you say is the best
option?

I think its maybe better to start off small with the likes of fish, gerbil or a hamster. Now of course every animal is as important as each other with the care they need and none deserve to be treated any different but I would say probably the most common choice is
the goldfish.

The normal goldfish bowl is an easy enough size to clean and they only need the usual 1 or 2 feeds a day so this is my choice but what would you go for? Feel free to leave a comment and share your view.
