Temperatures soar and our sea levels rise leading to more precipitation. That means heat waves, droughts, and unbearable summers… Our crops and health are damaged by our hot summers. The northern hemisphere is experiencing extreme heat. Greenhouse gases are trapping heat in the atmosphere and we don’t seem to get any cooler. Our electric bills are soaring and our salaries seem to stay the same. I always advise people studying or working in something they enjoy so in tough times they won’t go insane. But this blog is not about career building. I’m your weather forecaster today. I’ll start saying that heat combined with humidity causes heat illnesses. The body is unable to cope with the extreme heat leading to heat stroke, cramps, and exhaustion. The common symptoms of heat illnesses are muscle cramps, fatigue, headaches, and dizziness. More serious illnesses include nausea and vomiting, seizures, and loss of consciousness. Purchasing a thermometer to measure the outdoor temperature is advised. You must allow time for your body’s acclimatization. Try spending at least 2 hours in the heat each day. The weather is getting hotter but the question is not why? But what are you doing about it?

re-cycle recycle, its doesn't matter what it is just do it, i have no kids yet i re-cycle to the point of having 1 garabage bag every 2 weeks. It would be nice if the countries that are the biggest em-miters of Co'2, like india and china, who do NO recycling at all be held accountable.

I'm learning about global warming in my science class!

High amounts of Co2 in the air is the biggest reason of the climbing tempertures.

So cars, factories, electricity; all make Co2. Even cows! They make the most methane, about 4 lbs per year!

(I think I'll do great on the test tomorrow!  :)   ).
