walking your dog everyday

Dogs need to walk. Dogs cant be indoors or in the backyard all day. Why? dogs naturaly need to migrate somewhere. I take my dog on an average of 2, 35 minute bike runs every day. Dogs need a minunum of 40 minutes out of the house, walking. Not in a car or in a fenced area. Fun ways to walk your dog, bike rides, scooter walks, jogging, running, walking, picnic or outdoor party. Taking a dog to a park is good too. Try taking the dog to the pet stores like petsmart and petco, they allow pets. Some think that dogs just need to run around the backyard for a few hours, but dogs need to get away from the house just like we do. Wolves are related to dogs, they are the ancesters and gave the dog the want to migrate. Being cooped up, locked up, or keeped in is extreme boredom to a dog. So they find other activites to do, like dig up the garden, chew the furniture, eat the garbage, and bark at people. Bad habits to occupy the dog until you take them on a walk. Dogs devolp bad habits usauly from lack of leadership and un exersied dogs. So a dog that acts aggresive to strangers, maybe barks and growls aggresivly at the mail man or pizza guy, maybe because hes a guard dog or he is realsing his frustration on the stranger. If a dog digs a lot, its either the dog was bred to find rabbits and small animals for game or hes digging out of boredom. So walk your dog everyday, your dog will love you more.
