A Message From Tilly, The Rescuedog

Hello everyone, I wanted to stop by and ask you all to check out my very own book, Tilly's Tale.It's written by me, with a lot of help from the man you all know as thriller, but who claims he wrote it as Harry Porter, the cheek of it! I mean, it's all told in my own words, and okay, my paws are a bit big to hit those little keys on his computer keyboard, but I DID tell him what to write. Anyway, Tilly's Tale is the first in a series of books Harry hopes will alert people to the plight of rescued dogs around the world and tells my own life story (so far), from my early days as a puppy, to life with my first human companion, his death, and the awful abandonment that I suffered later, and the terrible life I led until I was rescued and eventually ended up happy and loved once more in Harry's home. You can be sure Harry and me were so proud when the book won the 'Best Children's Book Award' and 'Best Artwork Award' in the 2009 Preditors And Editors Readers Polls.This is what Harry says about my book.

tale of a triumph against the odds. From being a 'scruffy mutt' in a

Mandy Hedrick is the illustrator of the book and she does an amazing job of drawing the lovable dogs and how they see the world. I absolutely love her drawings. They are expressive and emotional and add to the book perfectly.
