The Boxer is a stocky, medium-sized dog with a short back, strong limbs, and a short, tight-fitting coat. Boxers have short muzzles and their lower jaws extend past their upper ones. This gives them a strong bite, which was good when hunting. This short muzzle causes this breed to snore and drool, as well as have respiratory and sinus problems.
His muscles appear smooth and well developed under his skin. They have a square head and docked tail. All Boxers used to have cropped ears also, but it is becoming more and more common for Boxers to have "natural" or uncropped ears. Boxers were developed to serve as guard, working, and companion dogs. The Boxer originated in Germany.
