Oh what a wonderful day. Today was grandma's birthday. I made her a card (with mommy's help, my paws are too fat for the keys!) and gave her lots of birthday licks! Tonight we're having snuggle time on the couch. I love snuggle time.

My unknown animal didn't come back. Mommy is just calling it the "dingo" now. But we did get a racoon visitor. And the deer are back down by the firehouse. We can tell by what they leave behind. They don't pick up like mommy does. I guess they don't have…

Oh my, what a busy weekend! I was so busy, I chased bunnies, and more bunnies, and then a cat, and then another cat, and more bunnies! I like to chase the bunnies, they're fun. But I think they know that I can't go past the property line, and so they hang out just over the border! Bad bunnies, that's not fair! Saturday we had a strange visitor to our back yard. Two walks again! I must be feeling frisky! This morning, I got to go to the firehouse. The guys were on their way out, so they didn't have time to give me pets. That's ok. On the way home I saw that my buddy Charlie was home. He had to get an endoscopy. I hope this means he's ok. I like to walk by his house and tease him. Oh boy, two walks today. It was such a nice day, the weather was cool, and mommy kept telling me to come outside. We saw my friend Sandy this morning. And the firemen. Hee hee. We walked to the firehouse and around, and the firemen were just coming back. As we headed home, we saw Sandy. We didn't see her for a while. She had to have radiation for a fatty tumor on her hindquarter. It was operated on, but they couldn't get it all out. So they tried radiation. I was so happy to see her. She was…

Boy did I have an exciting weekend! I went first to visit my Uncle Eddie and his family in Fairfax, VA, and then I went to see my cousin Alex's 50th Birthday Party in Richmond! Oh boy did I have fun. Car rides galore. And lots of little kids to pet me and play with me. I'm so exhausted I slept for 2 days! We even stayed in a hotel. I like those. You get to roll all over the bed and stuff. I even snuck into my cousin Denise's apartment (where they have this silly policy of "no pets" allowed).…

Today I had two walks! This morning I tried to get mom to take me to Dairy Queen but she kept saying "Don't go that way... Dairy Queen isn't open yet." But I tried and tried, and just ended up back home. Tonight on my walk I got to see my friends Mugsy and Jessie. We had a nice "territory marking" time, but then someone let off a firecracker, and I got scared and wanted to go home. A little while later, my buddy Blue came by.
