Zimtsterne(Cinnamon stars)

Ingredients


500 gs of almond , ground 300 gs of powdered sugar,2 TL cinnamon, 2 eggs,
of it the egg white, 2 tablespoons of liqueur (almond liqueur), 1 egg , of it the egg white, 125 gs of powdered sugar.



method

Almonds, powdered sugar and cinnamon mix. Egg white and almond liqueur add. Everything mix with a  hand mixer. Then with the hands to a smooth dough play with plasticine. Dough in helpings on a working surface dusted with powdered sugar roll out approx. 1 cm thick. Stars dig up and lay on a baking sheet occupied with pan liner. Form occasionally over and over again in powdered sugar dip. Egg white hit very stiffly. Powdered sugar bit by bit add, besides, wide-killed. Stars with it paint. In the preheated oven on the lowest rail at 150 degrees 10-15 minutes bake.
