Chili Cheese Dog Pizza

Ingredients

1 can (13.8) Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust

5 all beef hot-dogs

1 tablespoon of Crisco 100% extra virgin or pure olive oil

1 clove garlic finely chopped

1 cup of chili with beans

1/2 cup of chopped onions

1/2 cup of chopped dill  pickles

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 

a dash of ketchup and yellow mustard 

Preheat oven to 400 and spray cookie sheet.  Unroll pizza crust dough on cookie sheet , press into 13x9" rectangle.  Pinch edges to form rim.  Prick hot dogs with fork then then cut diagonally into about 1/4" slice.  Place hot dogs on dough and press down gently.  Mix oil and garlic drizzle over hot dogs and dough.  Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.  Meanwhile heat chili  until hot.  Spoon chili over hot dogs slices (spread evenly to cover)  sprinkle with onions, pickles and cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer (until cheese is melted) Drizzle ketchup and mustard over pizza- enjoy!
