Rum pot

Like that were rum pot is fine for cold winter evenings.On this hot idea our
friends Alex&Vera came from Notzing(Bavaria).With their rum pot they create
the Notzinger fire water.



Added

1 kg  Papayas
1 kg  Mangos
2 kg  Pineapple
1 kg  Lychees
500 gramm Kiwis
600 gramm Sugar
3 Litres overseas rum 54%
3-4 Habaneros

Only a sugar solution must be made of 600 gramm sugar and a third litre water.Warm up in addition the
water and cave sugar stir.

After the solution is cooled down,dies cut up fruits admit and with 3 bottles overseas
rum up-pour.

After 3 months ripe in the cool cellar we pressed then to die fruits out,since we wanted to use only
cave rum.These should man roughly filters,so that few suspended particles remain if possible
back.

We filled cave rum in bottles.Completly clearly the rum will however set only after 1year,then dies itself suspended particles in the
ground.
