Potato pancakes (Cologne style)

Indgredients for 4 person

12 potatoes
4 onions
2 ts of flour
3 eggs
salt&pepper
margarine or coconut oil
parsley

Method
The potato rub, occasionally over and over again half an onion do not rub with it the potato become too brown.
Flour, eggs and hacked parsley unterwork, taste with salt and pepper.
Now per potato pancake a big tablespoon is given in the hot fat. The potato
pancakes do not press level with it them are too thick. It fit
according to frying pans size 3- 4 pieces in the frying pan. Side
approx. 4 minutes roast to them are nicely crisp.

In addition they serve applesauce or maple syrup.

Karls (which is red Jo ) that is his real name, here is ok to use it..
NOW HE IS GOING TO WANT THIS FOR BREAKFAST.. he has been bugging me to make potatoe pancakes and we tried and failed, do u mean grate with a grater? like cheese.. when you say rub, i think of sore back give me a rub lol.. i will feature this today my friend.. big hug wanda

Hi Wanda,here some pictures.so look at the paste,not to thick and not to thin.best you use a middle coarse grater.
