Hello friends,

many of us love Lousiana wings, and we are huge fans but only have them twice a year as they are super addictive. But we have come up with a fool proof way of getting, rid of the "vinegar smell".

I hate when you order wings and they come out tasting like vinegar.ewwwwwwwwwwww.

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 300 DEGREES

So basically you need, deep fryer or a deep pot

for a deep fryer, put as much CANOLA oil to your oil line: heat to 350, using deep fry thermometer

Using a regular pot, put about 3" of oil, NO MORE

Wings will spit and the oil level will double while cooking, have a lid handy for this method

FOR LOUISIANA WINGS USE THE FOLLOWING

i do a costco size packages of wings with the wings tips removed (u can freeze the tips and use for soup later), which is about 6lbs of wings!

1 large bottle of "LOUISIANA SAUCE"

1 tspn of celery seed, do NOT over do this as it can make dishes bitter

1 tbsp of granulated garlic.

2 tbsp of parsley flakes

1lb of un-salted butter. u can use salted, but there is a ton of salt in the Louisiana sauce

Now depending on how you like your wings, mild, or hot.

u use the butter to control the heat. for us

its 1/2lb of butter to a whole large bottle of lousiana sauce, add spices and warm up slowly on back burner. Now if you add pepper, it will really kick up the heat, so don;t do it.

Method:

Deep fry wings, THIS IS THE KEY TO CRISPY SKIN, deep fry until golden brown, in a heat proof bowl that will contain all the wings your making. once wings are done a batch at a time, u put the wings in bowl, add a scoop full of sauce and set wing in oven, this cooks off the vinegar!. Make another batch, add wings to bowl add a bit of sauce, (now the sauce does separate so stir it before you ladle into each batch of wings, get the herbs in each ladle, once this happens, remove sauce from heat, and put to the side). Continue this method until all wings are done, toss them together, put in oven for 15 min and they are done. You will never taste the vinegar, and these wings will make you the hit of the party!.

Fool Proof Louisiana Wings

Another option is to use the same deep fry method ( the left are WASABI TERIYAKI SAUCE AND THE RIGHT ARE LOUISIANA WINGS WITH ROASTED BABIE POTATOES AND HERBS!

Now use the deep fry method and just add your favorite sauce to them, warm them for about 2o min to heat up the sauce and serve. u can have literally 4 flavors with one batch of wings.

BEWARE HIGHLY ADDICTIVE! !
