Ingredients for 4 person


800 gs of lamb - shoulder, 5 tablespoons of oil, 1 onion , 1 toe garlic, 300 gs of carrot , 1nodule celery, ¼ heads cabbage,150 gs of leek, 1 liter of cattle broth, 250 gs of potato
peeled, 1 tablespoon of parsley, hacked 1 pinch of caraways, 1 pinch of thyme, nutmeg ,salt and pepper.


method

Lamb meat in not too small cubes cut, onion in stripe cut, carrots, celery and potatoes in small cubes cut (1 potato put aside), cabbage and leek cut coarse-leafy.
In heated up oil sear the meat. Onion, crushed garlic and vegetables without potatoes add, allow to co-stew, with broth pour, with caraway, nutmeg, thyme, salt and pepper taste.
1 hour allow to cook with light heat.
Then potato cubes add and leave one more quarter of an hour cook. The put aside potato rasp finely and shortly before serving the Irish Stew with it bind
Strew with hacked parsley.
