Grand Taco Cups

1 1/2 lb lean Ground Beef

1 pkg. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix

1/2 cup Water

1 can Pillsbury Grands Buscuits (any flavor)

4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce

1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes

1/2 cup Sour Cream

Heat oven to 375*. Brown Ground Beef in large skillet over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Add Taco Seasoning Mix and Water. Mix well. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 min or until slightly thickened.

Meanwhile, spray a large cupcake/muffin pan on it's bottom side...or glass custard cups (8) with non stick cooking spray. Separate biscuits..flatten each one and fit round the bottoms of the muffin tin or custard cups. Bake 375* for 14-16 min. Remove. Fill with Ground Beef and your Favorite Taco Toppings...We ususally add some Guac and salsa too... ENJOY !!!
