Looks delicious. Even sound yummy. My Mom had used to fixed something similiar to that when she used to cook more.
thanks honey, it was zingy with the dried chili peppers, up here most of our food is canned or frozen, so its an art to make that stuff taste great with dried herbs. This shot is medium rare at 1.5 hours, another 20 mins and its hot pink in the center.. I make the chicken that way to frozen, herbs, water, and cover the chicken for 45 min then in cover and brown, so tender!!
Boy, you make me water my lips. Yummy.........
That looks very good, from wich material is the pot?Ceramic?

I recommend using dried chili peppers they give it a little zing, red was ok you used allot but it changes the taste.
Jo this is called a "Visons Pot" i love them. They cook hotter but i never burn anything, i have had this pot for 15 years. red wants to buy fancy pots, i say no, i am the cook, it took me 15 years to get it right lol.
Roasts are wonderful frozen, as long as you like it a little pink, put fresh potatoes in no more than 1/2 hour un covered, depending on how "new they are"
