Ingredients needed:
Pre-heat oven to 350degrees bake for 1hr to 1 1/4 hours or until golden brown
2= 2lbs packages of ground up chicken, or turkey or beef or wild meat!
2 1/2 cups of fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 cup of chopped red onion or yellow, chopped into bite size pieces
1 package of ready to eat fresh spinach
1 package of ready for oven lasagna noodles
2- packages of cheese prepared 1- mozzarella(4 cups) - 1 tex mex each min of 380 gram size( or 4 cups of mixed cheeses
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 12oz of ricotta cheese.
1 large jar = 680 ml jar of Italian Molisana - Arrabbiata sauce ( tomatoes and pepper) sauce
You can use your favorite spaghetti sauce as a cheat! Make sure the jars are large or use 2
THIS IS KEY, U NEED TO MAKE ENOUGH SAUCE TO DO THE WHOLE LASAGNA
1 Large can of Italian diced tomatoes.
1 tbsp of Laweries seasoning salt or your favorite seasoning salt
2 tblspns of granulated garlic
2 tablespoons of Italian o (COSTCO) spice mix, if using regular tomatoes and sauce increase to 3 tablespoons
1 1/2 tspns of black pepper
In sauce pan, combine, 1/4 cup of olive oil ( now if using beef, use only 1/8 th of a cup to brown onions and mushrooms) with onions, mushrooms, sweat for 3 min add chicken and cook until done
once cooked add the tomatoes sauce and a the tomatoes.
add all seasonings, lawerys, garlic, italiano spice mix, and pepper. gentally cook for 20 min.
taste and see if you need more seasoning, once ready.
LAYER OF SAUCE ON BOTTOM ADD LAYER OF PASTA NOODLES
AFTER NOODLES, SMALL AMOUNT OF SAUCE, SPINACH, (NOW IF YOU WANTED YOU COULD PUT FRESH ASPARAGUS OR PEPPERS IN THIS LAYER, CUT THEM IN HALF AND DO A LAYER) THEN LAYER OF SPINACH, LAYER OF CHEESES. Remember that the sauce and cheese cook down, so don;t put too much sauce on the bottom layers, it will cook down into the lasagna.
ON TOP OF THE NOODLES SMALL AMOUNT OF SAUCE, THEN LAYER OF FRESH SPINACH, ADD A LAYER OF ALL 3 CHEESE, NOT TOO HEAVY.
ADD NOODLES, SAUCE, SPINACH, AND 3 CHEESES, HEAVY LAYER OF RICOTTA, USE IT ALL! Press noodles down gentally to spread cheeses!
ADD NOODLES, SAUCE,
USE ALL YOUR SAUCE, THEN ADD THE REMAINDER OF YOUR MOZZARELLA AND TEX, MEX AND A THE 1/2 CUP OF SHREDDED PARMIGIANA OVER THE TOP EVENLY
