Belgium waffles

• 2 cups Flour
• 1TBSP Baking powder
• 1/4 TSP of Baking Soda
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 TSP Salt
• ---------------------------------------------------------- mix together dry ingredients make a well
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup of homo milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup of melted (UN-salted) butter
• 1 tspn of real vanilla extract
• ----------------------------------------------------------mix wet ingredients together

Warm up waffle maker, spray with pam just before your pour batter into maker

Add into well wet ingredients and then lightly mix together. Batter should be lightly lumpy.

Add one ladle of mixture to waffle maker and put lid down, cook for2 min, until done, be careful as different waffle makers cook higher so do a test waffle., its about a 1/2 cup per waffle,

yield makes 8 waffles enjoy!
