Ingredients (Crust)
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 egg
1/4 low fat milk
1/2 cup of water
(additional flour for rolling)
Toppings (ideas only)
tomato paste
pepperoni
mozzarella cheese
bacon cooked and crumbled
grated carrot
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator - should stay fresh for a week. Can be stored in freezer for up to 6 months.

For dessert pizza, for the crust use:
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup of peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1-1/4 cup of hot water
mix dry ingredients
mix in PB & hot water (add more flour if the dough is too sticky)
knead dough (step 5-9 above)
Bake crust first then add your toppings. Place in oven for a few minutes to melt toppings together.
Sauce: low fat cream cheese
Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, carob chips, etc.
We love pizza but now we can't have it :( Mum as put us all on a diet).
