Hello everyone!
These days it seems that we are all going through something, whether
its big or small..it all leads to the same thing..it gets us feeling
down on life and ourselves.
Because of that, we forget to see the positive things in our lives. So,
I thought I would start what I like to call, a "Gratitude Journal".
Everyday we post atleast three things (if not more), that we are
grateful for for that day. It could be something as small as, "my
coffee was yummy today", to something a little bigger like, "I was able
to by something I have wanted for a while". My point is to get us to
start focusing more on the positive and less on the negative things in
our lives. In a short time you will begin to feel a little
lighter...just keep on writing each day and you will feel a change in
you. I will start us off by what I was grateful for yesterday. So..have
fun and stay positive!!!

1- I'm thankful for my little girls, a roof over our heads and all of my friends here!!

I am thankful to have gotten out of a bad situation with my life.
I am thankful for my health.
I am thankful for my friends 2 & 4 legged ones :)
im greatful for everything i have and i mean everything. i lost everything i had 8 years ago, and im not talking just about material things that can be replaced. im talking family, friends, self respect, love for self and others. the kind of stuff, that sometimes you dont ever get back. it was a long road but i am the most happiest person i know even when im mad. one of my best friends called me the other day and she went through the same stuff as me and shes not doing well and it really made me appreciate the fact that i am very fortunate to be doing so well and i like myself..love myself. i hope this isnt to deep. im just being honest.
Marilyn, That is good for you to be honest with yourself and like yourself. Because if you didn't you would need to change yourself until you like the way you are.
Hi Marilyn,
Not too deep, but life. So nice to hear that you've beat the bad times, and coming into better times. And mostly that you're happy now. Good for you and beating some of the challenges of life.
Best,
Bragger

Well said, Regina.

Simply put, I truly am thankful for everything good, like God's creations both big and small - - and even those small things we often take for granted like clean water, hot showers, warm food, the smell of flowers, blue skies, freshly cut grass, friends, family, Jazzi, and even a good hearty laugh, and the list goes on ...

Thanks for the new day, for my dear dogs, for my family and friends.

Happy birthday late!!!I am so sorry i missed it. I have been a bit self absorbed lately with my special puppy to train. He is coming along wonderfully. He has not went potty in the house even once (Knock on wood.) He has got the come command down now if we could implant stay I could get some great pics.

I am thankful for the love of a good husband.
I am thankful for my children and grandchildren and for my furry babies.
I'm thankful for another day for all the things that we have to enjoy a home, food, clothes, etc.
I'm thankful for all my friends
Most of all I am thankful for the love of God and for his son Jesus.
Yeah, I don't envy you. I couldn't do it. Exactly why I never tried to be a foster parent for kids or pets. I get too attached, too quick.
