Max is 2 years old already, he was 5 months old when I got him. Max was treated special today for his special day. He is always so happy.

Max black saddle is turning brown. But he is still handsome.

Good afternoon my very dear friend, ok, I told you of her emergency run, the 2nd visit, they checked her blood and her platelet count was in the 12,000's. All else seem to be doing ok, so they wanted to see her in 10 days. Now that visit was this past fri. aft. so they did the blood count again and told me the platelet count was in the normal range. In fact, she told me they may call me this week sometime and cut one of the pills she is on, they may cut it in half. She acts fine and all, she has an appetite, goes out to potty, acts just like herself, one thing that is noticable she has lost weight. You can feel her bones more than ever have. Her last visit my vet told me that we cant expect a miracle, for she, being a golden, they dont live a real long time. She said she expects that when Autumn goes she thinks she will do it sudden, and I said I prefer that over her laying around and suffering. The vet did say she has a mass on her liver, and that her age she would never make it through surgery !! She told me just make her as comfortable as possible and give her alot of love, I told the vet you neednt worry about that !! So that is all the news I have to give you at this time, my dear. Autumn will be 11 yrs. old in July, but I cant expect her to make it that long. I just ask ones on my site to pray for her, for you can not pray too much. Hun, I will keep you up to date on my baby so please keep us in your prayers also. You take care of yourself and your big baby and love and hugs to you  always.

Good evening my special friend, I wanted to let you know whats going on with my beloved Autumn Skye. This past thursday aft. I had to make an emergency run to her vet, she was not seeing right. It turns out she is bleeding out on the inside, also behind her left eye. She had no platelets whatsoever, and the normal # is 100,000. They arent sure if she has cancer, but either way they called me fri. morning and checked on her. The vet told me with no platelets in her blood, dogs never make it past 6 hrs. She has called me every a.m. to see how she is doing, She was surprised to find out she made it thru the night. Sat. morning she wanted me to run in and pick up some pills for her that sometimes help build up the platelets in the blood. She has an appt. tomorrow aft. so they can check her out again, then I will hear if she is the same, getting worse, or doing some better. Either way, I have cried and prayed, like you wouldnt believe. So my dear, I will let you know what I find out, and how things are going. Autumn is my baby, so I dont know what I will do without her. I am sure you know that feeling. Its devastating when you are told that your pet is dying. Hun, in the meantime have a good week and take care of yourself. Please pray for my girl, I am sure you can not get too many prayers. Many hugs and lots of love to you from myself and Autumn Skye.
