camping trips

hi everyone. Its nice to be home and back from my camping trip. Well, our 2nd camping trip of the summer of2008. We had lots of fun. I'll start from the way beginning so you allknow what we did.

For starters we set out on our first camping trip in the beginningof this month of August. We went to Holiday Campground in TraverseCity. It was a good park. Not great, but good. It kind of suckedbecause we had a nextdoor neighbor A.K.A. (Vietcon Charlie), which iswhat we liked to call him. The minute the dogs barked he yelled 'SHUTUP!!!!!'. I thought for sure he was going to get out of his trailer thenext morning and come yell at us for having an out of control dog.Everything ealse went great. Me and jhon took a walk on the beach,which was real nice, and took the dogs for a walk every morning. Wealso went swimming and the water was alright, it could have been justalittle more decent but it was nice. After swimming we went back to thecampground and watched some DVDs and then made dinner. We alsowent into town and went to Moomer's. an ice cream shop that hasreally great ice cream. We also went into town and had dinner too whichwas also great. My sister-in-law Courtney and her boyfriend came upwith us so we had more family there. It was pretty much like that theentire first camping trip. Our sleeping arrangements were not bad, weslept in a tent while my mother-in-law and grandma-in-law slept in atrailer. I liked sleepin in a tent After the camping trip we came homeand spent a weekend preparing for the 2nd one.
