and here I am, on the computer, going through all my usual, favorite websites, and relaxing with Onyx sleeping on my feet and Reggie on a pillow near me. What could be better than this?

When we got her we learned Ridgebacks are breed to herd lions away from safaris. She loves to lie in the sun and under a tree in our back yard so we imagined her lying under a shady tree after a hard days work of chasing lions away from safaris. Hence Shadetree, and when she is being special we call her shady lady.
