Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?

My son received Tinkerbell as a birthday gift from his then girlfriend. He was doing fine at first and I would babysit when he would go out. Then he began working 2 jobs and she was left for long hours at a time. I did not think this was good for her so I told him to let her stay with me for a while. But as you can guess, I fell in love and she remains with me. He asked if he will ever get her back and you all the know the answer...NO WAY!!! I refer to myself as her grandma since she came into the family as my son's baby.
