My dog LILY is the best IN THE WORLD. She's gettin' a little old, but who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? We've had her since she was 2 and she's been the best family dog ever. I can't imagine not having her in our lives. Also have two female cats (sisters from the same litter). CeCe is the fat & playful one and tries to dominate everything (including the dog), but she's the funnest to play with. She's very unique! Lola is her sister. She is absolutely gorgeous! Silky silver grey and she's soft like a bunny...She very shy around strangers but to family she is so, so kind. She tends to give "love bites", but that's okay because then we know she loves us when we're petting her. (I think that must just be a 'cat' thing).

Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?

We went through 'testing' about 4 dogs until we got the PERFECT one. We got Lily @ the pound. She was recently adopted & brouht back because her owner was allergic. She had just came in that day and had only been available for 3 hours before we snatched her up! When we first met, she was standing on her back legs and beggin. It was the cutest thing! She didn't have her paws up on the cage or anything, she was just standing on her back legs! We knew she was special and "for us". That was almost 9 years ago & she IS a family member. Same w/my precious two little (I mean BIG) fat, cats. I couldn't live without them!

Likes:

Dog- Doggie treats, going for walks, catching frisbe, escaping from the back yard, riding in the car w/her face out the window. She's extremely smart & talented. She can even play soccer w/her nose and It's impossible to get the ball away from her!
Cat (CeCe)- Sleeping is her favorite activity. She will also seek out water (not in her water dish). She will jump up to everyones glasses that are full. If there's water in it-it's gone. Forget it. Then, she pushes the glass over & spills it when she's done, just for fun! She loves catnop & will always fight hersister if she comes near her when she's feeling the 'drugs'.
Cat (Lola)- Sleeping is also her favorite thing! She knows she's beautiful & it shows! She can be very snooty because she thinks she's better than you! She's trained to come runnin when mom shakes the kitty treat bag! She thinks all the other animals in the house should bow down to her because she's special!

Pet-Peeves:

Lily (Dog) will pick & choose the morsals she wants to eat and throw the rest on the floor around her bowl. We're constantly sweeping up dog food. She also sometimes just HAS to scooting her bottom on floor. Yuk!
CeCe (Cat) will jump up to any glass of liquid that is full, first drink out of it and then swat it onto the floor.
Lola (Cat) will give 'love bits' when she wants you to pet her. Ouch, sometimes it really hurts!

Lily: Rides in the car w/her nose out the window. Hates going to the vet.

My Best Pet Tricks:

Lily: Can spin around in circles, Plays Dead, Lay, Sit and "sometimes" shake. She also knows two sign language commands for SIT and also SPIN. No need to say a word!
Cats: Can't do any tricks except come runnin' when the treat bag is shaken. They're mostly just cute, lazy & decorational for the house! haha.
