Before I knew about backyard breeders & such, I was traveling though a local trailer park with my dad on Mother's Day to visit my aunt. As we were leaving, I saw an old man giving away mutt puppies on the side of the road. Before I knew it, I had one. Thankfully, he has suffered no serious health problems, & I look forward to many more wonderful years with him.

Oreo.
I found her wandering the streets, caked in mud, skinny as a toothpick. It took me forever to catch her, but I did. She warmed up to me quickly, & I nursed her back to health.

Little.
She was adopted from the shelter in the 90's. They found her in a dumpster behind a store. She was tiny when we got her.. but not anymore! She doesn't really like little kids or other pets, but she loves receiving attention from responsible, gentle people.

Tiger.. no, not really. More of an impulse.

He's pretty well trained with commands but doesn't know many tricks at the moment, however I am working with him. His best trick would probably be "roll over".
