I recently started a new business that has remarkable products. One of them is Pet Health. I have started my older dogs on the OPC-3/Glucosatrin and I can see a huge difference in Swee'Pea. She has arthritis but since taking this, she is now getting up from laying down much easier and she doesn't hesitate to go out the door and down the 1 step to the porch. I've heard wonderful things about this from others and now I can attest to it's effectiveness, too. It's a powder that is sprinkled on their food. There are other products as well, a multi-vitamin, shampoos, foot pad balm, ear cleaner.....

About Me/Them: (Please ask your Pet Kid(s) what they want you to say about them.): I can't remember ever NOT having a dog. My husband and I live out in the country - we moved here with 3 dogs and the cat. We live on a dirt road which is prime dumping ground for dogs. WE took in 3, Flopsy didn't get to the vet quick enough to be spayed so she had her pups with us - 10 of them. We found homes for all but 4 so they are here now too. That same spring we found 2 tiny pups dumped which we took in. We do our best, love them all and spoil them rotten. For the most part they all get along, with the occasional scuffle.

Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?: Both - 3 were planned. The rest have stories.

Personality Characteristics:: Sweet, Gentle, Energetic, Playful, Lazy, Sleepy, Loving, Shy, Social Butterfly, All Bark and No Bite, Spoiled, Seriously Spoiled, Funny, Knows they're Funny, Whiny Baby, Never Complains, Loyal

Likes:: They all love hugs. Swee'Pea and Smidgen LOVE people food even though the only time they get it is if one of us drops something by accident. Chewy loves his stuffed bear - he's had it since he was 2 and he's 10 1/2 now. Still in good shape, but a little dirty.

Pet-Peeves:: Smoke is their pet peeve. He just doesn't understand that not everyone likes him in their face ALL THE TIME. lol

Nicknames / And by Whom:: Swee'Pea is "fat white dog" by me cuz there are so many I keep calling them all by the wrong names - and she is a fat white dog. Smoke is butt head - self explanatory. Smidgen is Baby Dog cuz she's just so tiny. Chewy - Chewmonster, Gary gave him that name when he was a pup cuz he ate everything in sight.

Such a Terrible Week

This week started with us having 12 dogs - each so different - all very much loved. There were 5 that lived outside, Rocco, JC, Colonel, Maybelline and Raven. I have very serious chronic back problems and it got very difficult to care for them - just going out to feed them was difficult some days. They also were escape artists. Even though we had an electic fence, they would find a way to get out and I would have to go fill a hole or mend the fence. Very early Tuesday morning they did just that… Continue
