My first "orange" poppy bloom!

Today I discovered that, after two months of waiting, the first of the California Poppy flowers has finally opened. Very exciting! :-D As you can see, this young bloom has developed the primary four petals and I expect the flower "cup" to fill out with more petals; but only time will tell...
