Through the experiences of those close to them, they understood that companions of service dogs often face unimaginable hardships in trying to provide healthcare for their amazing canines. Its goal is to provide access to fundraising resources, and make emergency funds available for exceptional cases. OSLF is a nonprofit, all volunteer organization.
Applicants should consider OSLF as their last resort to obtain financial assistance, and should have exhausted all other possibilities. In most cases, applicants will be asked to provide a summary of their attempts to obtain other funding, which may include a loan denial from Care Credit.
