Thanksgiving was ok. It’s always nice to see family, but my grandmother wouldn’t allow us to bring Minion, so we had to leave her home. Misha has been very sad since pop pop left us. But on Friday, she did get to see him one last time. She was very protective of him in life, and was even so on that day. I'm glad she got the opportunity to see him one last time. Hopefully she will understand, and help the rest of us to be at peace as well. Puppies are very intuitive little people, and I hope her presence was a comfort to dad's spirit. We will all miss him so much.

Being born as humans to this earth is a very sacred trust. We have a sacred responsibility because of the special gift we have, which is beyond the fine gifts of the plant life, the fish, the woodlands, the birds, and all the other living things on earth. We are able to take care of them.

Well, we decieded not to have the surgery... he's just too old and we can't put him thru that again. He's doing well on the stool softener and pumpkin, so we're just praying for him and keeping him as comfortable as possible. Thank you all for your prayers.

I had to laugh at poor Hailey and Comet. We woke to a nice layer of ice, and a wind blowing harder then any else this year. Of course Comet has never experienced anything like that, so she was almost frantic to get in after the quickest pe on record. I thought Haley was going to blow over form the strong wind. Poor little thing was too happy to relieve herself hurriedly as well.

Tracking across the ice was interesting as the door to the bulding is downhill. Getting up the hill…
