They don't NEED it but if they want, let 'em! Here, I'm 11 and i feel like I need a girlfriend...

"girlfriend"....hmmmm ...only as a friend ,but not romance..... Don't need romance til you're done with school . Same goes for boyfriends. Why complicate life....teehee!

As a mother of 4 girls ages from 20-11, of course I say no, they can have boy friends but not boyfriends. They are too young and have way too many important things to accomplish before they tie themselves down.And the same goes for my 2 boys. Seriously enjoy being young while you can. You grow up fast enough, so enjoy being a child as long as you can.

well girls need expirience because girls 10 and up need boyfriends so a girl has too have common with a boy and be friends start talking and become a couple i mean i am 10 and i like someone from my school but...............
