Comment by Wanda P on July 29, 2012 at 3:33pm: Gladys I found a good tip for ants and mice and won't hurt the birds, get a fine corn meal, spread it around, make sure it's dry, the ant and mice eat it and then they go for water and it expands in their throat and they die it works really well. It has TO BE DRY the area or it will expand before they eat it. They take it back to the nest and it kills the young.. Try it and let me know ok HUGs wandap
