Shih tzu problem

Has anyone experienced this with their Shih tzu ( our 1 + yr old male). Teddy has really not done this much, only when he was tiny. Now he has started peeing alot (he wants out more). Also has been peeing in the house if there is any excitement. I thought I would ask you then probably need to schedule a vet visit. The only thing we changed is adding a little water to his dry food, he liked it better moist.

Hi Teresa..

My little Angel is a little over two years old and I have not had this problem. I find that male dogs have a tendancy to urinate in the house more as a marking their territory issue. I had that with my  male maltese Nicky and my other boy Punkin that I had many years ago. Wish I could be of further help. :) Laura
