Please don"t put bird mite repelent in the cage with your birds it is toxic,if your birds are never out side then you don"t have to worry about mites as much as if they were taken out side,the outside birds do have mites,and mite repellent is toxic to your birds,I suggest not taking them out side at all put them by a window and they will be just as happy and thats much safer than the mite repellent.I have this info from my bird doctor.Hope it helps.
