My cat could take a job cleaning register vents!!! I had used the restroom, shut the door and then went into my computer room to type a paper for school. All of the sudden I hear the strangest noise coming from the floor! I kind of got scared cause I was home alone and couldn't imagine what it could be. So I get up to investigate the situation. I glanced down at the register vent and found my cat looking back at me. Apparently when I went to the restroom she got locked in there and decided no way was she staying in there. It took me awhile to figure out what register vent she entered so after an investigation of the house I realized it was the bathroom one cause it was still flipped up. Then the story fell together for me and hit me like a ton of bricks!!! I officially have the most intelligent cat around and to top it all off she never left a whimper about being locked in the bathroom just took it amongst herself to exit and not through the door! Since this episode I radomly find register vents flipped open all the time and can't help but crack up! She is a true winner and my baby girl!!!!!! Also, she hates my husband and always has! I had her before him and she will never forget that. If he leaves one thing on the floor she does her business on it and seems so satisfied after she accomplishes that task of dominance. My husband is a dear and needless to say we have adapted to her strange behavior and accepted that she hates him. Also, my wedding ring has been lost millions of times cause she will find it when I take it off and well just say hide it. Hopefully she doesn't take it through the register vent and drop it cause then it may be a doozy trying to retrieve it.
