FACT..White cats are often deaf in one or both ears,especially the ones with blue eyes, if only one of the eyes are blue it is most likely the cat is deaf in the ear on same side

Fact... cats smell with their mouths,they have a small scent gland in the roof of the mouth called vomeronasal  organ, for a really good whiff of something they open their mouths wide to draw in the scent to the mouth organ

Fact.....A dog wags his tail in 3 very different moods and only one is happy,, when tail is low and wags quickly this means he is submissive  if the tail is high and stiff he is agitated,a happy dog wags his tail in mid level position and his ears and mouth will look relaxed

Fact..... Dogs see colours like  blue, violet and other shades of grey,its a myth that they see the world through black and white

Fact.....cats kiss with their eyes. a small blink to a human means affection and to its own kind means seductiveness
