Oh, my absolute honor and pleasure Ro. Did you happen to see the 2 pics I uploaded on my page of my Father? They were of him when he was in World War II. That war was so violent and awful, he never really spoke of the details, until the last week of his life. He attended Army reunions and was a very proud Veteran. But, just never really said anything about the actual war. That last week, or the last few days he was coherent - - it's all he wanted to talk about. He told me and my younger brother all kinds of things. The story about the Battle of the Bulge, definitely one I will never forget. He was there right in the middle of it, so many young soldiers dying on both sides. 2 of his best friends were killed and were all around him in the field, really awful. Anyhow, I do so thank all of our soldiers for our freedom.
