Dog Stuck in Tree!

Well, we have had our EVENT for the morning! I am still trembling and laughing all at the same time! I was sitting at my desk as usual and heard a high pitch distress bark. I thought, ummmm, that's not Jazzi. That must be the little Yorkies next door. Well, the bark got louder and more hysterical. So I ran outside and looked.
