Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?

Me and my husband had just gotten married and we were on our way back home after our honeymoon and we stopped at a mall and he was in a pet shop we went into. The instant I saw him I fell in love with him and just had to have him!!!! So we bought him and took him home and so he was the beginning of our growing family.
