my sweet mouse i saved from a pet store (i say saved because she was a "feeder mouse") she was the only dark one of the bunch and was extremely affectionate from the beginning. never bit me once and i could let her run free without worrying about her because she would always stay on me or on the coffee table.
one day my boyfriend came home from work and i just happened to glance over at her tank to see if she was out and about (she always was when i cooked. i think she liked the yummy smells) and i noticed her laying behind her wheel ( she never used her wheel.. im not really sure why) not moving or breathing.i kinda freaked out and i made my boyfriend check her. (i cant handle it when things die.. especially for no reason) to this day the cause of her death eludes me. she ate well.. stool was fine.. did not show any signs of sickness.
