Chubby Checker

Thomas was a stray cat that hopped aboard Stephen's Airborne Express van and rode from St. Louis to Columbia non-stop. He crawled out from under the van and was found covered in black grease. We cleaned him up and he adopted us. When we had him fixed, the vet found he had a bullet in his neck, lodged against his spine. He is one lucky cat.
We have had Elvis since he was a baby. He was a twin to Chubby Checker. Elvis is the "acting" dominant male cat of the house. He pushes Thomas around - even though Tom is twice his size.

Chubby Checker passed away when he was being fixed - he had an undiagnosed enlarged heart from birth and died on the operating table. We will miss him severely.
