Service Doggies

Are service doggies those dogs who help people that are blind and stuff move around? Or like do they help in restraunts or something?

The help the blind my neighbor is hard of hearing and her dog always barks when the doorbell rings.Is he special or do all dogs do that?

He is specially trained to do that. AND he IS SPECIAL!
