Give the dog cooked white rice with some boiled white chicken meat (no salt added) - this is very mild for their usually helps settle the stomach. Make sure the rice isn't entirely dry so the dog gets some extra fluids - they easily get dehydrated if they have diarrhea. Keep in mind that rice isn't as filling as dog food &your dog might need a little more rice than dog food. If the dog is small get him/her to a vet if the problem persists - you might not think it's that serious but small dogs can EASILY be fatally dehydrated if it has diarrhea for a few days & may actually die from it happened super fast so be very careful rather take it to the vet if it is a puppy - sometimes a dog will eat grass if his/her stomach is upset, this will help the dog vomit so don't worry if you see the dog eating some grass,' it's good for them & they know what grass to choose in case you are worried about that!
