Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?

With Kiki, there is something of a story. My mom had seen her when she was a kitten, see she was born intothe wild. So after seeing her around for weeks on end, my mom asked my dad that if she could catch her, sould she keep her for me. My dad said yes, thinking she wouldnt be able too.. So she told my aunt and together they hatched a plan on how to catch her. To some, it sounds mean, how they managed to catch her, but knowing that all her brothers and sisters are gone from here, I think in the end, it saved her. My mom and aunt called out to her momma, who willinly came to them. For a stray she was very friendly. As soon as she came over to my mom and sunt, they began to pat her and scratch her back and all the things a catloves to have done to them.. she trusted them enough to lay down and bare her belly to them, in which kiki came running so she could nurse form her.. Kiki already had her teeth by then. So as soon as she came up to her momma and began to nurse, my aunt grabbed her ( they went in ready.. with a towle and overn mits..lol) and she snagged up kiki, and my mom swooped in wiht a towel because kiki protested loudly and witl alot of kitten growls.. When they got her to our apratment, they let her run around.. She howled for about 3 days. By the 3rd night... she kinda just gave up when she realized she had a warm home, and fresh food and water always ready for her ( even soft foods because she was still a baby after all) it took her a very long time to come around and trust everone. We have had her spayed since then and she is by far one of the most loveable cats ever..

Likes:

cat nip ( Kosmic Kitty to be exact!), catching mice and leaving them for my mom to find and fuss about. sleeping and laying inthe sun on the front or back pourch, eatting, running and hitting my parents bedroom door just right to get it to open for her, when she's feeling really frisky, she'll hide and pat your ankles or feet.

Pet-Peeves:

she hates to be bothered! she doesnt like new people or babies too much, obnoxious kids are a pain to her, being fussed at by mom, being punished for doing somehting she knows she shouldnt have done
