its the first day of summer here in Britain, not that you could tell with the weather lol  ......what do you have planned for yourself and your pets  during the summer months? Do you take them on holiday or maybe on special days out , id love to hear what you get upto

I will go to the dog beach with Steel (cause Apllo and Rocket are to young).

 

And they will spend tons more time in the house due to the hot weather.

THEY WILL SPEND 2 WEEKS IN TROY OHIO. THATS WHERE I FOUND MURRAY AND JAKE. BUT THE OTHER 3 WILL GO TO. ITS A TREMENDOUS KENNEL AND CRISSY IS A WONDERFUL LADY

Well for us the summer includes long leisurly walks in Copenhagen along the canals past the little mermaid statue near the royal palace and out towards the Anglican church and the fauntains out there beautiful and serene too. walks in woods picknicks ans just a more relaxed atmosphere than in the colder winter months.

I have just opened a dog e daycare and boarding facility so summer i pray will be busy for me and my right hand gal Lilly-Belle my golden retriever.

We will be taken to the beach weather permitting and if Dad isn't working - Mum can't drive so if we stay at home we will play in the garden and have what Mum calls "garden picnics" - luckily we have a tiny little summerhouse in the garden so we can get out of the sun if it's too hot - maybe we'll get to share Mum's ice cream if she us lucky enough to have one!

We will be at home not traveling anywhere, we have all we could possibly want here, swimming pool, 5+ acres to roam around on.  I don't board my pups because I am very uneasy about it and don't enjoy myself worrying about them. I have had a couple of bad experiences boarding and won't do it again unless it is totally necessary.

I do hope everyone has a beautiful summer.

souns wonderful kathi so much fun and fresh air, i agree with you about  boarding   if i had to board kanga i just wouldnt go away travelling  i wouldnt enjoy it because i would spend all the time worrying about him
